We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags or protective materials still attached where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including details on how and where to send your package. Customers are not charged any return fees.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
