Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement straight away — no lengthy back and forth. It's a rare occurrence given our packaging, but if it happens we sort it.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Large format returns are free — we'll arrange collection. No hidden costs.
